1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using fotoso.app("the Platform"), operated by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
fotoso.app is a platform that allows photographers to create events, upload photos, and enable guests to find their own photos using AI-based face recognition, without requiring guests to download an app.
3. Photographer Accounts
Photographers must register using a valid mobile number and complete their profile with accurate business information. Photographers are responsible for the content they upload and must have the right to upload and share the photos they add to an event.
4. Guest Access
Guests access event photos via a link shared by the photographer. Guests provide their name, mobile number, and a face scan solely to match and retrieve their own photos from that specific event.
5. Subscription Plans & Payments
Photographers purchase per-event plans based on photo count limits. Plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices and plan limits may be updated from time to time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and not to misuse the face recognition feature to identify or track individuals outside the intended purpose of this Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or 100% accuracy of face matching. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
